Nymax™ / Bergamid™ Polymer Formulations
The Nymax™ / Bergamid™ line of crystalline materials features standard and custom-formulated Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 grades, as well as other nylon copolymer grades which can be combined with a wide range of reinforcements, modifiers and fillers.
These materials provide strength and durability, improving stiffness and impact strength and can be tailored to provide chemical and fire resistance, as well as good weatherability for use in outdoor applications.
Nymax / Bergamid formulations are made using both Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6 grades to provide a good balance of properties. In addition, Nylon 6 offers a lustrous finish while Nylon 6/6 is designed for high-temperature performance.
