PolyOne Announces Exercise of Option to Purchase Additional Common Shares

CLEVELAND, Feb. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) today announced that the underwriters of its previously consummated public offering of 13,333,333 common shares have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,000,000 common shares at the public offering price of $33.75 per share. Settlement of the sale of the additional common shares occurred today.  With the exercise of the option, PolyOne has received total net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriters' discount but before deducting offering expenses, of $496.8 million.
