Low temperature marking inks are aqueous dispersions based on: Synthetic binder Water Inorganic light stable pigments Colors offered 10 standard colors in various concentrate strengths Heavy metal free colors are available Low temperature marking and marking inks wet well on ECTFE, but optimum wetting is achieved by preheating the material. The ink should be dried and cured at temperatures above 230°C for a short duration.
