PEEK / PES / THV concentrates

Color concentrates are based on the following base resins:

• PEEK concentrates: Victrex® resins
• PES concentrates: Resins from Amoco and Mitsubishi
• THV concentrates: Resins from Dyneon

Colors offered

• 10 standard colors in various concentrate strengths
• All colors are heavy metal free
• Special color matches can be done upon request using Pantone, Munsell or RAL color standards
• Customized pigment loadings can be provided to address specialized coloration needs
• Laser printable colors are available

Colorant Chromatics color concentrates are offered in various pigment strengths and fomrulations to address the engineering requirements of the processor. Concentrate selection for extrusion applications depends on the processor's extruder L/D ratio, screw design, extrusion speed and other design factors such as wall thickness.
